Can I add/edit/cancel my order?

If you like to add or edit your order, we ask of you to make a brand new order with the correct adjustments and email us regarding your old order so we can cancel it.

If you want to cancel your order that is not processed yet, email us as well.

Do you ship outside of Canada?

Sorry but we only ship inside Canada.

How do I order?

Ordering is simple. First you can register HERE
After registration, you can browse through our SHOP and add items you would like to our cart.
Check out using interact e-transfer
Your order will be fulfilled and shipped once payment is received. You will have a tracking number within 1-2 business days of sending payment.

How will my order be packaged?

We vacuum-seal your order and discretely package it so it is unknown to the shipping company what is inside the box.

BONUS: Each order that contains an ounce will have a 62% boveda pack

Payments and Fees

I have sent an Interact e-Transfer, what now?

e-Transfers can take up to 1 hour to process within their system and notify us about your pending transfer. If within that hour we haven’t accepted your payment don’t be alarmed. We are probably working on other order ahead of yours and will get to yours shortly.

What if I don’t send payment for my order?

We give you 48 hours which is more than enough time to send payment. If payment is not then received your order will be cancelled.

If you need more than 48 hours, please don’t hesitate to give us an email at [email protected] so we don’t cancel your order.

What payments options are available?

At the moment we are only accepting Interact e-transfers. Payment instructions will be provided with your order. We will only start preparing your order when the transfer has been received. After we receive the payment, your order will be shipped in 1-2 business days.

Shipping and Handling

Do I need to sign for my package?

All packages are defaulted to signature unless stated otherwise in the ordering notes.

Shipping Insurance

If you choose to check mark the Shipping Insurance at checkout, your package is marked as a guaranteed delivery!
Keep in mind, Shipping Insurance will require a signature. Not available for PO boxes.

Shipping Insurance will provide a guaranteed delivery due to Postal Service Failures.
If you do not receive your package, a credit will be issued for the full amount of your order.

Shipping to high theft areas

The following provinces have high percentage of postal theft: Nunavut, Northern Ottawa, Northern Quebec.

If you live in the area of the mentioned provinces above you are ordering at your own risk. Replacement will not be shipped out.

Signature required on package?

ALL ORDERS we will put as signature required. If you do not want this option, we leave us a note when ordering or email us at [email protected]

Tracking information has not been updating

If you’re tracking your package on Canada Post’s website and it has not updated in sometime, it’s most likely due to your package missing a scan, which is fairly common.

Tracking number is invalid

It may take up to 24 hours for Canada Post to update their system with the tracking number.
If after 24 hours the tracking still does not work, please email us at [email protected]

What happens if I don’t get my package?

If you do not get your package 2 days after the expected arrival date, let us know and we will file a trace with Canada Post.

If a trace is filed, Canada Post will conduct an investigation (which can take 5 business days to complete). If they can locate the package, they will ship it to you and you’ll get it a few days later.
